Classroom Procedures

  1. All students will be expected to follow the school rules as they appear in the student handbook.

  1. All assignments must be done on a computer.  All assignments will be posted on my website www.jalocke.com, with the due date.

  1. The attendance policy will be as outlined in the student handbook.  All work due on the day of the absence is due upon the return to class.  Extra time will be allowed only in the case of an excused absence.  Work made up within 5 school days will be given full credit.  All other work missed due to unexcused absences or truancy will be graded according to the grading policy.  No make up work will be accepted after 3 days unless previously discussed with the instructor.

  1. Always come to class prepared.  This means bring your textbook, notebook, paper and something to write with.  Continual abuse will result in grade points being deducted or detentions assigned.

  1. All notes and terms are to be in the two-column type.  This provides a better way to study.  Failure to do them this way may result with a zero or points taken off.

  1. Any paper given out or passed in for a grade must have your name and date in the upper right hand corner of the paper failure to do this will result in points taken off.

  1. No food or drinks (except for water) will be allowed in the classroom for any reason.  Failure to obey this rule will result in a warning and possible detention.
